Forum activity ranks and XP

Earn XP by taking part in the forum. Starting a discussion earns 10 XP and replying to another discussion earns 1 XP. Activity ranks unlock at 100-point milestones: Recruit (100), Footman (200), Man-at-Arms (300), Squire (400), Knight (500), Banneret (600), Commander (700), Marshal (800), Lord (900), and Grandmaster (1,000). Grandmaster members can upload one custom portrait; uploading a new portrait replaces the previous file. Administrators and moderators can upload custom portraits at any level. Staff tools and supporter portraits remain governed by their existing permissions.

Hmm, memories of this kind of system and how it kept failing when people figured all the stupid techniques for racking up post count and not necessarily... quality of posts. That said, here's to Ludi's community and common sense.

Apologies for writing here, but apparently trying to create a new discussion routes through "api/forum", which is likely not supposed to be public facing and thus inaccessible. I.e. No discussions can be created, as I was trying to write some website feedback and could not actually submit the discussion.
