Using an account
Give accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and use one account you control. You are responsible for activity performed with your account. Staff may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the forum rules.
Community content
You keep ownership of original content you post, while giving Ludi Et Historia permission to display it as part of the forum and community features. Do not post content you do not have permission to share, personal information about another person, malware, or material that breaks the law.
Saves and supporter access
Video saves and other downloads are provided for the personal use of eligible supporters and approved members. Do not redistribute, resell, or claim them as your own. Supporter access can change if a membership ends, a file is withdrawn, or an account is moderated.
Moderation and availability
Posts may be held for review, edited for safety, hidden, deleted, or moved. The website is provided as a community project and may be changed, paused, or unavailable during maintenance. We do not promise that every linked third-party service or download will remain online.
Payments and refunds
Shop listings clearly identify satire, donations, and any item that is not shipped. Payments are handled by the linked payment provider; the site does not store card details. For a payment question or a refund request, contact the administrator with the payment date and provider receipt so it can be reviewed.
